Are you using the app to locate its path?

I've got notifications for the ISS on the NASA app on my phone. I've got the notifications set for a 15-minute warning that the ISS is passing by. Today it went off just after I finished my run. That was enough time to shower, get dressed and step out on the front steps for a quick look. Clear sky this morning made it easy to spot.

Ahhh. I've got the ISS app. But the notifications were incessant (Turned them off) so I've not seen it for a long time. I did see it here accidentally last year.

I've got SkyView, which will show you where the ISS is, but I don't know if it will give alerts. I've also used heavens-above.com, which will show you when all sorts of things will be visible. Used to be that it would tell when there would be Iridium flares, but it sounds like those are now a thing of the past. I've seen the ISS a couple of times.
