I've been having minor soreness in R glute/hamstring area. Planks seem to offer some additional strengthening in that area. Don't really care if they're trendy or passe..
Selecting your training by what is currently "in", is a good way to accomplish...nothing. Just do it, and keep doing it.

That hat (and the matching shirt) is perhaps the #1 thing that Nancy cites as my having no sense of style. I get plenty of compliments, and she tells me the compliments are sarcasm.
