I'm not a very fast swimmer or is Benalla above the river level these days?
FYI I ran 18:53 today. I'm not sure who the 'young blokes' are you're referring to but 2nd and 4th were both in their 60s! Even your 1st placed woman was in her 40s (though has a PB of 17:06, wow!)
Can James come and try beat the pram with a pram.
I have been beaten by a pram before, a 2nd place on my only outing to Tamworth Wetlands parkrun (WA) where I think I ran low 19s.
I like the pram challenge. James with a pram versus Victoria with a pram. You both might have trouble beating her without the pram though.
tRicky - 60 is young these days, isn't it?
James is pretty quick, much faster than me. I'd struggle to beat some of her recent times (and definitely not the 17:08 she ran earlier this year) but I reckon James can.
I think the course is a bit short (although the organisers deny this) so her time might not be quite that good.
I know all organisers say they are right, and they seem pretty adamant about it

Was a few years ago but Victoria Mtchell has run 5k in 15. 36
My run today came out at 5.05km but I was using the 310 rather than the 910 (which is missing a button) and I never really trusted the old one.
I dare say she's not treated any parkruns with any great seriousness either.
I think James has run 17 something before but would take some speed work to get to that (and no pram). I don’t think he’s been anywhere near 15.36 though - super speedy
Prue thank you for the heart attack that the 'Pram Challenge' almost caused me because when tRicky told me about it (excitedly for tRicky) I almost drove into oncoming traffic for the panic of what Exactly tRicky was getting excited about. I'm not ready for any Pram Challenges Thank You Very Much. :P
Haha. Ooops. Sorry about that Tash!
