Have fun in the Schnurricane in Halifax!

Going into Nationals the MAC men are ranked #1 and women are #5. Woohoo! Its been a long time since Guelph men were ranked so low (#5)

sustained winds of 45 kph and gusts to 68 kph means you will need to tuck in behind some tall team mates. oh yeah and 20mm of rain

MAC hasn’t won a mens XC title since 1963 when Russ Evans was on the team. Russ was my high school XC run and XC ski coach and he ran also world O champs for Canada in 1972.

It’s funny how orienteering gets tagged as a terrible spectator sport but the Usports XC coverage every year is terrible and today was the absolute worst.
