I know the feeling. I’m sorry your race doesn’t feel good right now, and I hope it feels better later no matter how it stacked up against everyone else.
It’s great to see you at races and I will be both sad and proud as you graduate to red. You are growing so much as an athlete and you have great things ahead of you. Sending hugs!
Sending love <3 just remember you beat me at the sprint love youuu
I agree with Tori -- you have shown such incredible progress this past year. It's really hard when you realize the run you had was decent only to see others did much better (been there, we all have). As you've improved, your expectations have as well, which is good and makes sense.
Lots of good takeaways from this weekend; it's just not so fun to end on a down note.
appreciate the comfort and wisdom
i completely understand that feeling (i've had it after countless races), but don't lose sight over how much you've improved this past year. Not every race can be a good race. Let yourself feel what you've gotta feel, it's okay to be disappointed. As you mentioned, tomorrow's a new day, and knowing you you'll continue kicking butt <3 (just please don't kick mine)
these people are all speaking truths. some days just be like that. not fun, but sometimes it just best to let the brain be annoyed. hope you can eventually look back on this race and find positives that came from it, but if you don't get to that point, that's ok too. love you
@hamlet i’m coming for your butt
