Well the terrain was very interesting and atypical(as you can guess one doesn't get to run in deserts often in Switzerland). Although the middle distance map reminded me of "Trockener Steg" Above Zermatt. The Long Distance map was really something too, with these Large characteristic mushroom-like rock formations. The Long distance was also more technically challenging than expected with some pretty intricate cliff zones.
Have any of you already ran on these maps ?

I’ve ran at Vasquez rocks and I remember it being a little tricky and like you said, atypical. I still consider it one of the most beautiful and interesting places I’ve orienteered through. I remember running in awe through a stream with tall rock over-hangings. The long map sounds so interesting! Would love to try it one day

I sadly haven't had the opportunity to run on any of the maps, but I really hope to at some point! They look like a lot of fun.
