What does tendinitis protocol entail?
heat, deep tissue massage >:| , roll calves, stretch with a towel, and eccentrics which is on a stair calf raise with just my good leg and go down with just the bad leg letting heel go past edge. once I'm off rest week I'll prob mark it as rehab bc I like to have an idea of how long I spend doing sport stuff on a weekly basis but for now I'm just keeping it as notes
