You need to go tomorrow. Just go for a short one and see how it feels. Make Tessa or Olivia go with you, as having someone else to go with makes it easier
I'll run if you'll run! Think of it as Mount Hood training. Go find a grassy hill to run up fast, and down fast! I'm going to Robbins. Just picture the golf course in the snow, and how much you love this silly sport :-)
It's supposed to be a rest week. I'm not supposed to be running, it's just the lack of overall general movement that is messing with me.
maybe do some cross training? like biking (even on an elliptical) or something like that to get the blood flowing? I know it's not the same as running, but I get your sentiment, and I agree with your dad- short is okay too, as long as it's something
i am gonna put a hot take on here and say don’t run until the end of ur rest week … try to spike ur endorphins elsewhere bc as much as we all love running, we cannot be reliant on it for our happiness! then if we’re injured/sick/can’t run for some reason, we’re f’ed.
Gran says just knit faster!
finishing up the second hat now...temperature blanket is almost caught up too
