listen to your body. if you are feeling really tired, if that much sleep didn't feel like enough, you should probably be taking a rest day.
i just don't know how to tell if I'm actually tired and need rest or if I'm just lazy, plus i feel really bad when I skip a run
Might as well throw in the other part of the pyramid - any chance something involving nutrition and hydration is messing with your sleep and your desire to run? If any one of those three areas is out of balance, it can mess with the other two.

I think I've been eating and drinking fine, at least not any different than usual. Just think that i was either tired either physically or mentally and I'm bad at distinguishing the two (although after trying to do the workout i can confirm i wad tired physically)
