Have you gone to PT? I have found it can be very effective IF, you do the exercises as prescribed. I take these as something I have to do for the rest of my life, just to hold off the myriad of afflictions one seems to gather as we age.
Optimal advice from coach. Especially the part about I have to do for the rest of my life. I certainly have a strong tendency to slack off doing maintenance as soon as things start to get a little better. Important to develop good habits, so I am re-dedicating myself as of today. We'll see how long it lasts.
What else do you have to do every morning? I heat up my oatmeal, then go erg and do exercises, then breakfast.
