there's one in the palm of my hand that is so deep at this point there is no way it's coming out. the other is looking generally the same, but it's less weird cause it's just in my knee. probably good that yours are coming out.

I got a lot of gorse in my hands on day one (of nine) of our recent Aus Champs carnival and it was only six weeks later before I'd finally seen the last of them.

I got some thorns in Australia in WOC 1985 that took a couple years to come out. True story.

I've always associated Western Australia with very long-lived thorns, but clearly Peggy managed to find some in the eastern states too.
