Ewan's still waiting from his compensation from Iberia for when they lost his bag in early July.
That’s a real bugger. I’m just grateful it was awaiting our return from the mountains today, would not like to go through the hassle of either BA or travel insurance trying to recoup losses.
BA have paid up promptly, which is nice.
That’s good news, must prompt Ewan to chase Iberia (and KLM who gave him 24 hours’ notice that he couldn’t take the checked in baggage he’d paid for).
