Discussion: Nice route

So nice to be able to do that commute directly home after a nice rip on challenging singletrack...

Yeah trails are in great shape though a fair number of icy sections to keep us on our toes. had to go slow in places to make sure didn’t slide out. who fixed up part of the fox?

Not sure which part you mean, but we had a team out rebuilding the culvert near the old turnaround, and when we did that we also trimmed a bunch of stuff and replaced some corduroy. Mainly Dave, Greg, Graham and myself on the saws and big equipment, plug Greg had arranged a stellar supporting cast from GBBR to handle the brushsaws.

yeah the turnaround was what i was mainly thinking. and some of the corduroy. Flows really well. it’s just that small section west of dam cutoff that needs some extra gravel and rock. great work.

Yeah as we were driving the RTV back out, Graham and I were tempted to solve a bit of that section west of the dam, but we were running short on time and energy at that point. As Anvil says, we will get to that tm.
