There are 5 ski ergs at Mac? Wow, are they normally used by non-skiers?

I suspect they are used by Spartan OCR athletes and/or Cross fit. They are used in some of their games/challenges. But their use is generally not about ski technique.

There is also a link between Concept 2 and Spartan (same person??, same town?).

I’ve been using the ski erg at the high performance gym and my coach prompting me to go “all the way up and all the way down”….which confuses the skier in me very much

you should google some of these spartan ski erg comps. funniest ski technique you will ever see.
