| JanetT: | I don't know of any books, but cross-training exercise helps. Making stretching/flexibility a part of your life will help prevent injury, and various PT and other exercises will help you recovery from injury -- such as Pilates, yoga, core exercises, weight lifting, etc. Sorry I can't help you with a book. :-) |
