Will the bicycling mostly be taking place at "I'm nearly 7" year-old pace?

The cycling penny dropped for her during the school holidays and she is going really well and her cornering is quite good. I think my stamina would beat her hands down. My biggest concern on LHI will be sudden stops and hard starts - not sure how ankle will survive. I'm back just before the magic 7 happens. Not sure how she will react when I tell her I'm going there without her.

Is it an organised tour with defined riding routes?

Personal fail, which is unlike me. No, not a tour - just the absolute delight of hopping on a bike with snorkelling gear, or shopping list, or fish food or... just for an icecream.
I've had no problems with the seated area so far - but I will have to be careful in dismounting rapidly with ankle issues.
