That’s a really tough one, track meets are basically the worst place to want to have a breakdown (not that that’s ever stopped me lol). My go to is to listen to some really angry/angsty music as loud as I can in a corner with no one else, and just close my eyes and pretend there’s nothing else happening. I also sometimes take a longer/faster cooldown if I can to get some space and work out some frustrated energy/thoughts. Journaling can also help? Even if it’s not something you wanna put on here a good vent into my phone notes Can be really helpful

Gonna have to find some good angry songs. I think getting out of my spikes really helped yesterday, maybe just letting myself cool down alone might be good. As a team we make a big deal about doing it together, but I feel like they'd understand
