And in a totally unrelated vein, tried organising a race in the Pentlands recently? The HBT junior fell race (moved from holyrood cause historic Scotland were so arsey) might not go ahead as the Pentlands landowner is trying to charge us so much the entry fee would have to go from £1 to over £20 to cover it. I think this is why Carnethy 5 was off this year. Bonkers! Totally clueless.

For hanging controls at the big weekend, we had to go through the same "planning permission" process as would be needed to build a house.
