This might be easier to find as a rolling comment than a post. I’m not entirely sure what the 67s will be, but some candidates.

Food experience:
1) Costa dinner: grilled skin on salmon with spinach and capers
2) tidal creek breakfast: avocado toast with tomato and egg

Drink experience:
1) Costa: new old fashioned - much better than regular old fashioned
2) Tidal Creek: beer flight
3) Tropical Smoothie Cafe: sunrise sunset smoothie
4) Tidal Creek: coffee flight

Fitness, loose count of different activities
1) classic barre
2) road bike
3) golf
4) empower barre
5) mountain bike

Food experience (things I forgot plus today)
3) Loews: Kiwano melon - bought for its look, but don’t try it - seed dense and little flavour
4) Stella’s: Tres Leché - so good, and the calories to fill some of today’s burn
5) Jupiter Pies: sweet potato pie. It’s always scared me a bit, but we tried it this year. Much like pumpkin but not as sweet. I suspect similar spicing but less sugar added.

7) chicken chips - a wild experiment in potato chips made with chicken instead of potato or some other grain. High in protein and flavour, but a texture that was hard to adjust to. Tiny fragments of chicken seemed to want to glue themselves to the mouth.
8) kumquat - I had bought these once before thinking of them as tiny oranges and finding them frustrating enough to peal that I rejected them. With the new understanding that you just gobble them like a berry, they were easy snacking and quite delicious.

19) Banjo - Bonfire - something new from them - think cider ice wine - so good I bought a bottle, which somehow found itself on a plane to Calgary without me
20) Trail Hub: Wild Garden - a great little cider

I should note that a couple of the places this month are consciously cycle friendly.

Banjo Cider is at the north end of the Uxbridge "Cider Ride" and is decorated with bicycles. There were cyclist there for flights when I went with Flight after our bike ride - you do need to ride country roads to get there though. They are adding a kitchen this month, so have set up some indoor seating, but are still mostly outdoor seating - with fire pits if it gets cold.

Trail Hub is pretty new and is at the heart of Durham trail riding. 240km of trail are accessible (I'm not sure of the hiking/cycling breakdown, or if it is all shared). It is perched on the east edge of the moraine so the views are amazing. Daily trail access is now a bit under $6 (it had been free). Gobs of outdoor space for food/drink after the trails. Its begging to be explored.

47) Rose's: coffee crisp cookie. A neighbour started selling cookies, up the street and felt compelled to give the guy who cycles so much a cookie for extra energy. Most of her simple cookies have chunks of some chocolate bar on them. I bought some to send with J for her next game night.
48) Little Red Bake Shop: blueberry cookie. This was a great cookie - kind of a scone/cookie hybrid. It shares space with Square Spoon an easy walk from the house
49) Sunset Grill: California Bennie - basically avocado toast covered in bacon and 3 poached eggs. I was pleasantly surprised that they took their food upscale when the raised prices after Covid. So many places let the food degrade while raising their prices.

67) Wolfgang puck: Italian grinder. This was really good with baby tomato, spinach, pine nuts and other fun stuff
68) voodoo doughnut: voodoo doll, the most fun a donut can be. A little voodoo doll complete with a pretzel needle and blood red filling
69) cafe Richard: smoked salmon avocado toast, wonderful find with a delicious side salad
70) Difara pizza: garlic knots, a little pre dinner snack
71) Nobu: sea urchin - very pricey, but an amazing bite. A tiny seaweed cup filled with a piece of sea urchin that was unrecognizable to me. We watched everything made because they lost our reservation so we had to sit at the sushi bar. I think we won.

72) cafe americano: brisket chaliwuilas. basically breakfast nachos, with brisket as the meat and topped with a couple of poached eggs. Delicious, but far to much food for breakfast
73) Pier 17 yacht club: star tots - really just star shaped tatter tots

Good experience
74) chimichanga llama: bangin’ shrimp taco - the taco was stuffed so full that it was hard to pick up. Tasty though. They sell tacos by the each, encouraging you to experiment with their range
