And congratulations to Hillgrove HS for another 1st place overall win. 2023 NNOC Results

What a splendid event. We drove 10 hours to get there, the last 2 in the pouring rain. But it was absolutely worth it. To any NJROTC unit considering hosting the champs, take note of this one as the template for yours. Flawless, down to the online real-time individual times and live team scoring updates. Job well done.

That is typical for Deep South year round, pictured in Stephen King novels. Hard Labor terrain is one of the toughest, and probably the gloomiest, with viny vegetation trying to trip you, sudden holes in the ground covered with a layer of long pine needles, remnants of slave cemeteries.

Very well designed courses (I am looking at Green) both days. Impressive performance from Roman Colley

Also a shout-out to Paige Suhocki, DVOA, who won Varsity Female.
I also was pleased to see several strong results from our local DC-area clubs (Loudoun and Pax River; both regularly attend QOC events).
