Good job DD. I was following your GPS this morning and it was nice to see how well you executed all legs. Beat a few Danes too which must feel nice.

Nicely done DD. Beat some Brits too. Don't beat too many Danes we need you to keep running for Canada. ;-)

Don't forget to post the positives too (not just the mistakes and needs improvements). What two things are you really proud of in this performance?

Well done Christian! Good job approaching this race the way you wanted to and coming put with something you can be happy with. That's all anyone can ultimately ask for.

In terms of 'things to work on for Wednesday'. You can't improve your technique (or change it for that matter) with 48 hrs so don't try. You also don't need to - you have all the tools so it just comes down to setting some specific goals, coming up with a solid race plan and trusting yourself, your teammates and Andreas. Figure out what mindset you need to get yourself into for race morning and the figure out what actions you need to take that will help get you in that mindset.

With good goals, a good plan, a good mindset, and the support if the good people around you, you will be all set for a great middle race.
