Impressive PR, especially considering the heat and fast time in the mile

Great PR, but "the heat"? You pasty northwest kids really need to see the sun more. IT WAS 65 DEGREES WHEN HE RAN!!! You guys are doomed when it hits 80:)

It’s relative. It was 30° cooler at the last meet. If it’s suddenly 30° warmer than it has been in the past 4 months, that would effect you in the 2 mile.

I'm confused, lol. Is the excuse the heat or the heat?

John, I know you are uncomfortable that my impeccable logic comprehensively and expertly invalidates your ignorant, poorly executed point.

Greta you might not want to use so many big words, he might not comprehend what you are saying. But really I actually never got too hot, and by the time I ran the 2 mile the sun was almost down, so John is actually right.

as someone from marylend where's it's been pretty consistently 80°F+ and humid this past month, that is not "heat" (but i am very jealous of your weather there)

As of me typing this, it still has not been over 70 degrees at Seatac Airport since October 16th at 6pm, 194 days ago. It's 68 there now, though, and will get to 70 within the hour!

Today is also only the 10th day since October 20 when it's been over 60 (5 days in March and now 5 days in April).

They are vitamin D deficient and have lost their minds. They sweat when a Chili's commercial comes on.

As someone who lived in Central California for 11 years, it was not hot at all, as a runner who needs an excuse for his poor performance, it was sweltering.
