I think I'll make a point to track mileage this summer specifically to see how much I can do as compared to 1971 same time period when Koski and I ran 1003 miles. Maybe that will motivate me to do 150 to 200 miles more than normal at least. Need to use the walk/trot that I did today and see if I can do a 15 miler during training (or even longer).

I have the time to train and I can be a machine when it comes to not missing but I've not done more than an 11 miler this year and only a very few 10 milers...maybe I'll run both the OKC Memorial and Grandma's races next year. About 2 months apart.
