Were many expletives used in this discussion, or was it cordial?

While I was still trying to keep myself from falling once I came to a standstill I swore a bit to myself, then I noticed there was a woman in the driveway who saw the whole thing happen and she was immediately concerned and asked if I was okay. I right away told her my heart was racing but I was otherwise unharmed and that we (somehow, just barely) did not actually collide.

After a few seconds, the driver came out and only then realized what was happening and that I, in fact, existed, and existed very near her vehicle a few seconds ago. Then she started apologizing a ton, and I just kept repeating that I was truly okay and that she should be more aware and check her mirrors before turning.

I added that I understand that it's tough to tell what exactly is a bike line and what isn't. Here's a marking up the street from where the (almost) accident happened. It's not hard to understand why she wasn't expecting me, even despite passing me a minute ago.

After I remounted the bike, she stopped me and said if it turns out anything's not okay that this is her address and I should revisit and let her know if I need help.

That looks like an improper application of roadway markings...

A "sharrow", which indicates where a cyclist should ride in mixed traffic, next to a marked area that would probably be appropriate for a bike lane (since it is too narrow for parking).
