A big thank you to all the volunteers! The courses and maps were great. Standouts include the refreshments, the music on Saturday and announcing on Sunday, and the edible awards. And of course the weather but DVOA can’t really take credit for that. ;-)

THANK YOU all the volunteers and DVOA for hosting a(nother) really great event! Thanks for having it as close to QOC turf as you could; we appreciate it. It's great to have such a great club so close. See you again at Mid-Atlantic Champs.

It was a wonderful weekend and a wonderfully-hosted event. Thank you to everyone who has a part in it! And please share who your weather coordinator is…might have to offer them a contract for the next big event!

Much appreciation to Angelica and the entire event staff for a most enjoyable weekend! (Fair Hill control #45 notwithstanding ;-) )

It was a fitting way to wrap-up an exceptional year of NRE-level orienteering in North America!

Thank you for using Attack Point to keep the rest of the world informed about your beautiful event.
And thank you Angelica for thanking your volunteers by the tasks they were doing.
Do you know how difficult it is for a club thinking of hosting an NRE to find a list of all the jobs that should be done in preparing for and hosting such an event.?
You'd think there would be a template right there ready for a club to fill in. Well there wasn't until your list came along.

Great event. Thank you DVOA. Nailed all the important things, and lots of attention to the little details.

Things I particularly liked:
-good hang-out spots with above-the-norm refreshments
-the event swag string bag
-well printed maps with full legends and attention to all the peripheral information. At different scales appropriate to the course.
-lots o'results: printed, QR code on map, online, on monitors.
-great weather
-no shuttle bus backlog

Yep - thoroughly enjoyed these competitions as a visitor from afar! Thanks a lot to everyone involved in the organization! Only downside was that "feet", as expected, was a bit too fast for my taste - just like he was almost 20 years ago when I first competed against him in California.

This was a fantastic meet! Thank you so much to the entire team for putting it on. I absolutely loved the venue on the second day; it had exceptional terrain diversity.
