Good to hear you're doing so much better now. I'd get it checked out again, I think (if I were you), by someone who specializes in sports medicine.

Thanks for your concern. Saw my family doc first thing this am - EKG showed everything normal and no damage to heart, which made me realize how scary the incident really was! Of all the xc ski racers I know, almost every male and about 1/2 the females over 40 years have arrhythmia issues and I always expected I'd eventually have them too. Actually consider myself lucky I got away with none for so many years. The real problem is when the HR doesn't return to normal - David went through that and finally had several surgeries to correct it. Anyway doc will review all the tests I had done last spring and figure out next steps but for now easy activity is fine.
