Covid can have a real impact on your respiratory system and it can take a number of weeks to feel fully better. Once you feel like running again start easy, and spend at least a week just doing easy runs (I reckon it took me about 4 weeks from starting easy runs to 'normal' training but you will probably be much quicker)
