I shoulda made you take your O-spikes back with you. Woulda been helpful right about now. Time to turn up the heat 1 notch in February on the fitness. Try and mix in 1 long run and 1 speed day per week for the next 3 weeks. And dont skip workouts unless you have to. Keep pushing!
