Appreciate it, boys! @Tim Currently just blindly following the performance gym programme which involves mainly calf raises, squats, hamstring exercises (nordics or various single or double leg deadlifts), hip thrusts and core. Most of them in the well-known 3 x 6-10 rep fashion.
