That's very short rest for intervals, though. But clearly, you're handling it.

Do you have any goal race(s) for the year? I see that you're signed up for Junior Nationals.

Hey, thanks! It's sort of on accident. I do this session semi-frequently and a while back I misread the rest but was able to manage, so now I'd feel lazy if I didn't.

In terms of orienteering, Nationals is my goal race, but I'll be going to PNWOF, NAOC, maybe Flying Pig, and Juniors like you said.

For running, I'm gunning to break a 17:00 5k this year. I'm thinking some of the Magnuson series races but I'm open to suggestions if you have any favorites.

RIght on, that's great. Keep up the quality training! I'll be at PNWOF and hopefully NAOC and Nationals as well.

My fave interval workout used to be 400 repeats, like 10x or 12x. They make you feel fast haha.

My favorite workout is intervals in the woods. If you want to run fast in the woods, you need to train by running fast in the woods ...
Great that you have so many NREs on your schedule!
