Just wondering what sorts of things you're doing for balance. I do a few things (like standing on one leg) but am always looking for something to change it up.

I subscribe to so do several of their videos that focus on balance. I have a foam mat that makes it more difficult and use a weight for some. I'm not convinced these kinds of exercise really translate to functional balance but I guess it can't hurt. This is the list of exercises for this particular video:
