I had no idea that 5 was the standard of "good". That is horrible. Immediately erase all the "full body strength" training in your AP log:) Then drop and give me twenty. Finally, something I can (maybe) beat you at.

I’m an orienteer, do I really NEED strong arms? Also, yes my arm strength sucks, but I’m working on it

Haha...VERY good point. Just enough strength to hold a piece of paper up for an hour or so.

I can’t even do one real push-up.
While I want to work on that, I don’t think it’s adversely affecting my orienteering too much ;-)

LOL. I was actually quite surprised to learn how much of pushups are core strength, possibly even more so for those of us with lower centers of gravity. ;-)
