...that you´re keeping a good training regimen going. Four miles every other day seems like an excellent way to keep fit.
My own "training" has been very erratic and is often limited to running/orienteering in the snow/ once a week with a lot of walking added on top.
I see that you´re planning (?) to go to WOC in Scotland. Maybe we could coordinate something. I don´t know about the plans of the other guys we´ve been travelling with at earlier WOC:s yet.

Hey Leif. Nice to hear from you. For better or worse, keeping fit is a large part of my retirement. Now I'm trying to bounce back from hormone therapy related to radiation therapy for prostate cancer. It's a bit of a struggle. I'm thinking of volunteering at WOC instead of running in the public races, but let me know if there's a chance to link up with the gang.
