Mr Wonderful:
Ever had a venue asked for those sections to be filled? This venuehad previously never cared about those fields, and it came back as "missing" when we submitted paperwork for our first 2024 event this year. Not sure if they are miss-assessing something and we should challenge or if this is typical. Thanks

OUSA insurance includes non-owned and hired auto coverage. They don't typically show it by default, but if you ask, they will put it on the certificate.
Worker's comp is a different animal. If you don't have any employees, you may be able to just sign something saying that and get by without the insurance. We've had at least one venue where we never were able to secure a permit because of a worker's comp requirement.

With one county - just one - I deal with in Florida in the special event application they ask for details on workers compensation coverage. They seem satisfied when I respond that we do not have paid workers so don't deal with Workers Comp.
