What’s your go-to core stuff?

These are the two that I usually do. I use a small resistance band for some of the exercises but you can do most of them without it if you don’t have one. Also, all exercises are 30 seconds unless otherwise specified.

Core workout 1:
Front plank (1 minute) band around ankles and foot tap
Right Side plank w/ band and leg lifts
Left Side plank w/band and leg lifts
Bridges w/band x2
Bicycles band around feet
Bird dog, alternating (1 minute) FEET UP!
Double Legged Eagle
Heelies (Penguins)
Reverse Crunch band around ankles
Dead Bugs
W’s - Superman
Push ups 15x
Press Ups (sealies) 5 seconds, 5 times

Core workout 2:
Front plank (1 minute)
Right Side plank w/hip dips &/or arm scoops
Left Side plank w/hip dips &/or arm scoops Reverse Planks
Bridges w/marching
90 degree bent leg crunches
Right over left crunches
Left over right crunches
Scoops reverse
Donkey kicks (right)
Donkey kicks (left)
RDL’s right
RDL’s left
Lemon squeezies
Push Ups 15x
Press Ups (sealies) 5 seconds, 5 times
