I’m definitely going to give this a go, not least because someone at work has decided that what was yogalates is going to probably be changed to a ‘legs, bums and tums’ class and my dignity won’t descend to attending something that sounds like an exercise class the Huddersgate branch of slimming world might have put on in the 1980s. Though I strongly suspect the content of ‘legs, bums and tums’ will be much the same as yogalates, though without the prayer at the end. And it would give me a reason to wear a leotard with Lycra tights under, and some knitted arm warmers and leg warmers a la TVAM’s Lizzie Webb.

Though to provide balance, yogalates sounds like something you might buy from a cafe in an organic health food shop; one of those ones that stinks of joss sticks to conceal the aroma of cabbage.

i did the back injury prevention stuff as well a for a bit a while back but just sticking to the daily now
meaning to start on the strength work 3 times a week too

I think this is helping. Most notably in coming down stairs in the morning, and getting off Berties floor in the morning after spending the night there
