Have you tried swimming? Or even pool walking?
Forget them.
But my advice to you is put your feet up, drink lots of beer and eat chips, pizza and buckets of poutine. Try to get that weight up as the knees tighten up.
Oh wait. You are M 80 now. That's okay Stay fit and get well. And come visit Florida if you feel inclined.
