Looks like you're doing pretty good to me (based on the pace and the climb), and everything you identified as being subpar is easily improved upon through reps...except maybe puking.

Thanks, I guess I'm being a bit hard on myself because I'm not really where I wanted to be going into Jr. Nats. I wanted to do more speed/hill work but instead I'm on a stationary bike trying to not get shin splints
