Hmm, I've never been anywhere near 5w/kg, maybe I need to up the ante, though haven't done an FTP test for a while. Currently about 4.5w/kg, and I'm doing between 12-16hrs a week on the bike, though my training is structured more towards MTB racing than road racing.

@Ian, 5w/kg for the test is FTP of 4.75w/kg, which is upper end of 2nd Cat
