Didn't look like it, especially on the trail run up the hill on the way home. You ate that up and made me work hard for it. That part made this into a "3" workout.

Thanks again. This was a lot of fun. I wish we could do more of this in DVOA land, but everything is so inconveniently far away from downtown Philly...

I was thinking that I was holding you back going up the hill. My feet sure felt as if they were moving slow.

It really helps to have a park near by. Even though I don't get there as often as I'd like to, it's something. I've taken to using some USGS maps out of TOPO Zone and some other software to run in parks where we don't have regular maps. It gets me in the terraing and at least gives me something to read on the run--its the reading along the way that I'm having the most trouble with.

Thanks again for suggesting the run. It was fun and easy to setup. Let's do it again sometime.
