Mountain lions are much harder to trap in a piece of clear tape. It would be cool to see one, though.

Hahaha. Very true. But it's the insidious nature of them. At least you know what's coming (or gone) with a mountain lion.

The prizes from the 1990 US Relay Champs were mugs that had a drawing of a mountain lion that Bill Gookin saw while he was mapping. But it's an unbalanced comparison. I wouldn't mind spotting a lone tick on the other side of a meadow, but I really wouldn't want to discover a mountain lion biting me on the back of my arm.
