Acampbell: To be honest i'm not totally sure. The sprinters coach wanted to only have me run two and like all out! but my distance coach wanted me to run all three. He said that it would get me some base miles and some practice on sprinting. And we only had 3 girls running yesterday and i was the only distance girl, so that might also be why.

Wyatt: When faced with this in HS, I'd just try to 'race' them all, one at a time, without thinking about the others. The later ones were a bit slower than they would have been fresh, so I wouldn't look too hard at your times on those, but running it hard should be fine, if your knee's okay.

Acampbell: Knee is all bruised and still hurts on stairs. and the blisters are quite bad! I've been wearing flip flops to school the past two days so as to not have to put a shoe with a back on to bug them. Hopefully i'll be running again soon! Planning on going to the meet tomorrow but not sure if i'm going to race or not. going to start with the two warm up laps and see how they feel and at least get some blood flowing in my knee.

I really don't mind running all three i guess, it is just a little annoying when my times are so slow. and i know you shouldn't really compare to others but compared to all the west coast juniors that run track my times are SUPER slow!!!!
