fossil: So how much snow did you folks get? There's a slim chance we might go to the Ice Breaker, but I need to be able to give a reasonably accurate picture of what the prevailing conditions are going to be. I see the forecast says high near 32 and scattered snow showers, but how much is already on the ground is going to be an important factor.

[Here on the hill we got about 5 inches of heavy wet new snow last night, on top of an existing solid base of about 3-6 inches depending on where you look. But down at the bottom of the hill there was only about 2 inches of new wet snow on top of bare ground.]

turbodog: In the Powder Mills area, we have 2-3" of heavy white stuff on the ground. Should be nice for running.

fossil: thanks for the info. It looks like a beautiful day for a run, but unfortunately we won't be able to make it this time.
