Do you actually run through Morrisons on a training run???
No, when I say later on I mean I finished my run, had a shower, had lunch, then went to morrisons. It's more like a second session involving coordination work, resistance training pushing a trolley, stress control and heavy lifting. I felt good for the fruit and veg, had a bad patch in the refrigerated foods and finally bonked in the cereals. I need to work on my bag-packing and trolley maneuvering techniques.
