Hmm, my advice is don't bother unless you fancy a proper strength endurance session mixed in - even then you will probs run out of leg energy b4 your heart rate is where u want it. Use a spinning bike/rower at a low resistance keeping rotations/strokes per min very high - this will isolate cardio endurance.
