HKuestner: Sounds like an awesome meet! Way to get a PR on both runs!!

Acampbell: Thanks Holly!!! I was SOOO HAPPY!!!! I didn't think i was going to do that great as i didn't run at all last week but then turn around and have two PRs. Boosted my running confidence a lot.

Sandy: Well done Alison! And the news about your knees being okay is really good to hear.

Wyatt: Nice. I want to get you and Angelica on the same track for a mile someday soon. She recently ran just over 7min/mile for a 5k (with some mild hills) so I think you two would be quite close in a mile race...

Wyatt: Can I borrow your knees? ... (wait, didn't I just write this...)

Acampbell: It would be fun to race Angelica in a mile or 3200!

and i'm not sure if you want my knees. They seemed fine in the races but know the outside of my right knee hurts. So hmm... it started hurting after practice yesterday.

ebone: Nice runs, Alison. As you say, there's room for improvement in pacing, and if you do this you stand to post significant PRs in both distances. I bet the week off allowed your legs to be fresh for these races, so the PRs are probably not a coincidence. Best of success treating your knees so that you can keep up the good training!
