| blairtrewin: | I've probably run the Tan (3.8k) in Melbourne over 100 times, most in competition but some as time trials, and I've always regarded 15-20 seconds as being "par" for the difference between running with competition and running without it over that distance. Based on that I wouldn't worry too much. |
