fish: Nice work - solid run (and reading all the reports, hell, marathons sound hard)

Hilary: Well done Blair! Should have got rid of a few frustrations from the last couple of weeks too. Full of admiration that you can complete a marathon.

kryso: Great result and looking at the records. You would have achieved a gold medal up to the 1908 olympics so if you were running exactly a century ago GOLD GOLD GOLD

Shep: yeh nice one chief. i wish i was there to see you trying to get into the car ;)

Craig: Sounds exactly like my marathon. I find that a little disturbing as I had been thinking if I could manage to do more long runs like Blair does then the quad soreness and consequent slow down wouldn't happen. I'm not so sure I want to do another now.

jools: Well done on a great finish time Blair. Maybe the quads soreness is related to the road running - mine were very sore for a day or two after the event last year. It would have been lovely running in the rain!

Runodk: Great run that's not a bad time at all. It's okay to be soar after 42k's on asfalt!
