| Mick: | Does this guy have a webpage? How often are these clinics given? |

| Bash: | The Powerpoint presentation is supposed to be posted to the C3 web page soon. I'm going to write up my detailed notes after I get through the annual Christmas cards/gifts rush, and I will note in my log where they have been posted. Dr. Taylor doesn't have a web page.
I wrote him to see if I could arrange a clinic targeted at adventure racers, trail runners and orienteers. He has almost completely retired from doing these clinics, and just did the one last weekend as a favour to Barrie Shepley. However, he has an osteopathy practice in London, and I suspect that we could arrange an afternoon session there with a small group some time, if several people were interested. He said that he recommends more leg weights for adventure racers. Also more hill work and fewer running drills than a road runner would do. |

| Mick: | Thanks. I would definitely be interested in such a clinic. I'd like to take my running form more seriously, but it is very hard to correct your own technique. It would be nice at the least to shown how to do ABCs or silly walks properly. |

| Bash: | If you're coming to the GHO orienteering training weekend in early January, hopefully we can corner someone to do a proper demonstration of ABCs, etc. I was at a clinic last fall with Lisa Bentley (Ironman) who taught us silly walks, but it's been a long time, and obviously I didn't follow through until now, so it would be good to confirm my technique. |
