speedy: I suggest to increase your easy runs pace up to 135 bpm, but not to exceed 141 bmp (higher than that will be a moderate level). Then for a longer runs HR could stay in 125-131 range. And for recovery runs (after races on the following day or so) - 118-125 should be ok.

And don't forget, for the most easy and moderate runs you should stay in 85-90 strides/minute range (or at least 80).

Does it sound good?!

j-man: I think I agree with Vadim. While my approach isn't that scientific, my "easy" runs are within 120-140 bpm. "Easy"s is quotes because there may be wide variation in speed and I don't really delineate between recovery, easy, and long.
